An ICT Systems Test Engineer’s responsibilities include developing procedures and strategies to support, create, maintain, and manage technical quality assurance processes and guidelines as well as system infrastructure, investigating, analyzing, and resolving system problems and performance issues, and testing system behavior, functionality, and integrity.

Skill Level

Identifying deviations and possible high-risk areas in ensuring standard and procedure adherence.
Evaluating, analyzing, and diagnosing technological difficulties and issues such as desktop installation, maintenance, repair, upgrade, and configuration, as well as troubleshooting of desktops, software, hardware, printers, the Internet, email, databases, operating systems, and security systems.
Creating, implementing, and delivering technical assistance and training in application software and operational processes.
